The Open-* initiative family
Each initiative owns its own domain vocabulary, ontology, and adapters — Open Emotions™ for emotion classification, Open Sensations™ for stimulus and sensation signals, and Open Morals™ for computational moral analysis. AI Attributes™ supplies the shared envelope, provenance model, and registry that let them interoperate without treating their underlying constructs as identical. Visit each project's site for its current availability and release information.
Open Sensations™
Open interoperability for stimulus and sensation signals. Connecting stimuli, sensors, signals, and context to candidate interpretations.
- Stimuli & sensors
- Signals & thresholds
- Context & interpretation
Open Emotions™
Open interoperability for emotion classification. Mapping triggers, appraisals, transitions, and response tendencies with traceable provenance.
- States & appraisals
- Intensity & transitions
- Evidence & provenance
Open Morals™
Open interoperability for computational moral analysis. Mapping moral-framework constructs, evidence, and disagreement with traceable provenance.
- Framework registry
- Evidence & disagreement
- Provenance
Studio and Player
AI Observability Studio™ and AI Observability Player™ are the primary consumer applications built on AI Attributes events: Studio for capture, analysis, and visualization; Player for replay, comparison, and forensic investigation of recorded experiments. Both are consumers of the specifications, not the specifications themselves, and are intended to be replaceable by other compatible tools. Links will be added once they have real destinations.
Future Research Areas
These are potential future modules, not announced products or delivery commitments. A direction needs clear definitions, evidence, and useful research questions before it becomes a project.
Shared identifiers, schemas, and relationship metadata are part of the planned cross-project architecture. A unified graph is a long-term research direction.
